Q3: Why Didn't I Receive An Order Confirmation Email?
- If you did not receive your order confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Please email the customer service team with your transaction ID.
Q4: Can I Change The Delivery Address After Payment?
- Please contact us to change your address before your item ships.
Q5: I Received One Package From My Bundled Order, But The Other Packages Have Not Arrived. How Can I Track The Missing Packages?
- All orders for purchasing bundles will be shipped by different packages. There will be multiple tracking numbers. All of them may not reach you at the same time. Please check another tracking number on the Track Order page.
Q6: My Order Tracking Information Shows That My Order Has Been Received, But I Haven't Received It. What Should I Do?
- We kindly suggest checking with your neighbors to see if they may have received it by mistake. Additionally, please check if the delivery person may have left it at your front door.
- If you are unable to locate the package after checking these areas, please contact us so that we may investigate further.
